Mission

My mission is to provide honest, ethical, and professional guidance to students and their families as they go through the process of identifying and  applying to institutions of higher learning that are the best match for the student's needs.

Guiding Principles

Integrity
This is my bottom line: to treat those whom I serve with respect, honesty,  and fairness in all our dealings.  This includes offering  a consistently high level of service to everyone with whom I work.

Perspective
While searching for and applying to colleges are important tasks,  I believe it is equally important to help the student maintain a healthy sense of balance and perspective throughout the process. To that end, I will work with students to aid them in setting realistic goals and expectations for themselves.

Care & Concern
I believe that a truly positive and productive working relationship  includes genuine interest, kindness and encouragement.  That is what underlies my approach to the students in my care.

Professionalism
Because of my commitment to providing the students in my care with the  most current information available, I participate in ongoing professional  development and strive to maintain positive relationships with my colleagues in the field.

Service to Community
I take my responsibility to give back to the community seriously.  By offering free information sessions to the larger community and pro bono services when possible, I hope to improve access to college for first generation students and students living in underserved areas.
